With the Battle Royale genre beginning to reach market saturation, with a variety of paid and free to play offerings- there's certainly a place for everyone who might enjoy this new popular genre. But with the discourse surrounding Battle Royale beginning to express exhaustion, and publishers gradually entering the fight to grab their slice of the whole pie- new entrants to the crowd had better be bringing something compelling to the table.

Then out of nowhere, seasoned shooter veterans, and creators of the Call of Duty franchise before it was fast-tracked to go the way of the Guitar Hero, Respawn Entertainment has unleashed their newest creation into the fray. These developers bring a certain pedigree, and an impressive body of work to the table that has never failed to break new ground. Has Respawn Entertainment struck franchise gold again? Or has this Titan fallen, for the last time…

1. Rakeem Bien-Aimé: Awesome video dude! I've been enjoying the hell out of this game. And like you eluded to, it really feels like respawn entertainment has put on a fresh new spin on the battle royal genre. I can easily see this game being one of the best battle royales in the future.
2. Frank Moore: Awesome vid. I like how they did not hype the game. They just said here it is, tell use what you think. And it looks like they did their homework on BR games and got the little things right.

4. Kyle Culver: I love that approach as well! They partnered with many streamers/gamers to get feedback and testing as well, but did such a good job keeping a tight lid on it. It's not Early Access. They figured that crap out the first time and delivered! I wouldn't expect anything less of Respawn. They continue to be the stand-out studio in AAA gamemaking.
5. Ivano Forgione: I was never interested in br (or competitive gaming in general), I still am not but liked this video for being informative and concise. I like to know even the things I don't like!
6. SweetG4ming: I like the game. I wish there was a solo a d duo option...but I love the amount of loot you can get by just playing. I love the gun game as well but some guns feel either awesome or a little powerless. Wish there was a 3rd weapon slot. All in all I like it :)
7. Kyle Culver: Great video man. (I had to double check I wasn't playing the music in another tab... lol) The mechanics ACTUALLY make sense and are helpful! lol I freaking love this game. I'm a super casual gamer, but this makes me want to play more and get better. I'm curious how long the excitement will last. Because all I want to do is play all day!
