Spend all that time building an awesome map in the Far Cry 5 Arcade Map Editor, but not sure how to play it with your friends and other players? This tutorial will talk you through step by step to put your map up for a vote in the public lobbies.

29. Quick Action Figure: Ah, sorry then. I'm just not happy with that lobby system. I prefer to play with people like in FC3 with beta test or alone for testing my maps in game (map editor gameplay test is diffirent) or dedicated servers like in FC2. Also there is no chat in the lobby nor in game. There is many lack of multiplayer for now.

I don't have 11 friends always on FC5 on a Tuesday afternoon to completely fill a private lobby for us to alternate between our 12 custom unique maps.... UBISOFT FUCKED THE MULTIPLAYER 1. No Game Modes like Domination, Capture the Flag, or Last Man Standing? Only TDM or FFA ... not okay. 2. No time between voting and selecting maps? Multiple screenshots for each map? A short custom description bar ? Just shove the Ubisoft made ones down my throat again for the 69th time. 3. Not all in-game weapons are available in multiplayer? WHERE ARE THE NORMAL NON-50Cal SNIPERS? 4 SUBMACHINE GUNS? WTF? 4. A.I. Control is unexplained, poorly structured, vague and extremely limited. Health modifiers? Engagement commands? Patrol routes? Vehicle reinforcements? Just animation points (work 45% of time) or control zones (that are extremely difficult to master / use) 5. MENU MUSIC LITERALLY DRIVES ME AND MY FAMILY INSANE. dope for 5 min. annoying immediately after forever.

36. Gian Felipe: But Legacy, you cant even play your map on private match! You have to have 6 friends in it and hope that you are a map picker or that your friends have your map. Far cry 5 has the WORST online system. I just want to play 2v2 on some map i made, i dont want it to be famous, i dont fucking care about that (and my maps are great, ive been building since FC2).

AnimeNightcores150: I seen your steam and you had said you used a lot of photos to make it but here’s a better idea instead of photos why not play the siege game or any other and move your character around the map and look at corners, walls, and others like a walkthrough for the details and stuff while it’s recording the whole gameplay... sure it’s a waste of space on data but it could be used for the map making and could be deleted once the masterpiece is completed. (Yeah I do this idea with my maps cause it’s useful. you can pause the video and look for the props and others in Far Cry 5 while the video is paused on your phone or laptop)

I’d truly appreciate it! I put great attention to detail and spent a lot of time perfecting every small item I’ve placed. (PS4)

47. Star Boi: I honestly didn't want a tutorial on how to make my map famous. I made a quick low effort map in a few minutes just so me and a friend can play it. Thing is, Everytime we try to 1v1 we just get a error message and kicked out of arcade. We do it in private lobbies but it never works.

52. Graeme Donald: Legacy Zero thanks for the reply. When i add a map too my favourites. Then proceed too go to my favourites i see no options too launch the map. Just options too see loadouts. Map details , remove from favourites etc
53. Legacy Zero: Bills Mafia so don’t play it? Also, you literally can play a private match with at least one other person. They just patched that in. It’s not a perfect system. But it’s a better one than FC3 and 4.
